The candidate will be involved in domestic telesales process through calls. The calls shall be made to the school owners, school principals, educational institutes.
She should be able to explain the product to the school owners/principal over the call.
She is expected to set up executive meetings for any demo requested by the school.
She is expected to timely follow up with the prospective customers.
She is expected to update the CRM on a daily basis.

Ability to converse in multi-language (Hindi and English Mandatory)

Generating sales and leading the team for K12 schools category for the company in Delhi-NCR.
Build and manage a city sales team under yourself and set their regular KRAs and targets.
Designing and implementing marketing strategies (both online and offline) to enhance the Hello Parent brand.
Taking lead in organizing various workshops and tie up with various stakeholders in kids industry.
Share input with other departments in preparing sales materials and technical publications.
Experiencing the adrenaline rush and the excitement of a dynamic team working in a startup.
There are other things like compensation, incentives, people, and location. However, none of this would matter unless the "Year 1 and beyond" makes sense to you.
